Gramma`s Pizza in Amelia

Rude customer services from Kim the manager on 5/27/20 at 3:40 pm at the Amelia location: I was trying to keep my community/small businesses open during this time but it does not matter how good a pizza can be when you have to deal with a rude manager to take your order and spend your money with (Never again). She argued with me about a coupon I found online and was very abrasive. Bryan the driver is very sweet and helpful.

I was sent the wrong order last Friday. So they credited me a 2 topping extra large pizza. Today I called to redeem the pizza and was made to look like a theif. They said I came in already and ordered it and actually said she personally waited on me. I will not give my business to a company with no integrity. I see why they are going downhill after they expanded.

Usually the food isn't to bad, but tonight it seems everything was bad. The mushrooms look horrible. Taste even worse. And the cheese fries look like they have been sitting under a heat lap with barley any cheese on them. My son eats fries all the time and refused to eat the ones we got tonight.

I love grandma's. Usual fare of food. Affordable and delicious.

They have the BEST calzones. Tried one today and it was so delicious.

Haven't ordered here in over a year and I remember why. Although the food is good, I HATE having to call to order. Everytime, this time and before, the person taking the order is so rude! They make you feel as though the customers are a bother. Is this a requirement for getting hired at this location?

Although the pizza is always very good the employees are Always so RUDE! For example I was just trying to order a hoagie and accidentally said a 12 in hoagie and the girl was so snobby saying “this isn’t subway we don’t have that” with the worst tone. I never leave bad reviews but this happens literally every time I call to place an order, this is not acceptable. I just want something quick and easy after working 12 long hours in an urgent care during these crazy corona days and get treated like it’s such a burden to buy some food.

Italian food with the twist, they are using Greek spices and cheeses and such for very savory dishes. A must try.

The fries were cold and burnt . Also their was black crummy stuff in the fries .

Pizza is good but wish they would make the ordering process easier. I called the Amelia location multiple times and no one ever answered, and you can’t place a order online. Ended up having to get food somewhere else

Well I love Grammas Pizza! Their pizza’s are always amazingly good! Their steak hoagies are pretty yummy as well! I like the fact that the owner is an on deck kind of person. All of the staff are very friendly, whether you pick your food up, dine in, or have it delivered. Delivery drivers are always very pleasant.

Honestly the food was very disappointing. I had the veggie calzone and it was just filled with onions and barelyanything else. Not to mention it was absolutely bland. No flavor to it or the pizza sauce to go with.

Delivery was sooner than expected expected. The driver new I was at a paylake, she brought plates and napkins because I forgot to ask, huge help super nice

Worse customer service got brunt food they wanted us to return it to get new food very rude and I will never get from here again.

Very slow. They forgot the fries. We waited 30 minutes for our fries to get done. The rest of our food was cold by the time we got the rest of our food.

Wish I could rate 0 stars! After 1 hour of waiting for order called to check how much longer it would be before our food arrived Rachel who was not friendly at all tells me all orders on route... 30 minutes later still nothing so I call back and says I was a pick up order??? That's funny because I gave my address and was told my order would be delivered within 45 minutes and my total included the delivery charge. So after an hour and a half wait no food. Hopefully my card is refunded.

Got wings and found a hair,I did love going there had great food,1 GUY SAID IT'S AN EYELASH,IF YOU EAT HERE MAKE SURE THEY TAKE OUT THE HAIR,an eyelash or not its still hair,got my money back and will never return,i wonder how many hairs ive eaten all those years,they are for the money only!!! Had some guest over and they preferred pizza 🍕 from this place over all the places around and surprisingly it was really good. Fresh ingredients and hot 🔥. We ordered the Supreme and bacon 🥓 & pepperoni 🌓. No app to place my order, had to call 🤙in and they got my order right 👉. Personally, a restaurant with high traffic 🚥 =fresh ingredients.

Been eating here my entire life. I've lived in Amelia now for 40 years. Today was my last day eating at this location. The customer service is a complete and total joke! Kim is the rudest person I've encountered in food service. I ordered 4 hogie dinners for my family and I. When it got to my house my wife discovered one of our hogie sandwiches was messed up. I called to inform them of the error and they basically told me that they didn't send my food out the door looking like it did. Kim then hung up on me. So my wife took it up to them only to be called a liar in front of the entire crew. I will take my money elsewhere.

Trash all around. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. They should be in trouble for making and selling this garbage. And if you think this is good pizza i really feel sorry for you!

Great steak hoagies and super nice staff.

Pizza is awesome but the customer service is terrible. They're extremely rude when you call in. For this reason I no longer order from them.Read the rest of the reviews on here. All the bad ones say the same thing about how rude the employees are.

First time ordering and it was great! They were very friendly when we ordered. It did take a little long to deliver but it was worth it. We will definitely order again. The food tasted great.

The best pizza in Amelia hands down. picked up a large pepperoni black olives side salad italian dressing oh so good

While this great panic is going on my family of 5 and i were not able to get any meats in time to even regular grocery shop before it was all gone. THANK YOU for staying open and providing a great meal and helping to still feed families. Forever grateful💜 THANK YOU!!! and it's delicious!!!

Gramme's Pizza chain is pretty good. Nothing fancy. Just large portions of really good food at a fair price. I have eaten at this chain different locations maybe 10-12 times in the last 2 years. Always good always a lot of food value & nice people. No regrets.

Hands down nest pizza around and the make steak hoagies not hardly any place does that now and the prices are great to

The absolute worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my life. They would not refund my money after delivering a black pizza. Also waited over an hour for the pizza. They are so rude. Please find another pizza place because you will be disappointed.

Pizza undercooked dough was raw under cheese and ssuce werent even busy ordered at 3pm think they could havegot it right no longer a fan

The Amelia location is the worst place I've ever ordered. The staff is very rude. I've ordered several times from this location and it ALWAYS takes over an hour. It dosen't matter what time or day, then the food is cold. The place is dirty. I started going to Withamsville to pick it up instead. Total opposite. It's clean, friendly staff, food is hot and fresh. I don't understand how the Amelia location is still in business.

Manager Kim needs a customer service refresher. If your unhappy with your job please don’t take it out on the customer. I can and will now spend my money elsewhere. Food is really good at Grandmas but I refuse to spend money with unnecessarily rude people. Hey Deweys pizza!!!

First it took a hour and 20 mins before my food was delivered. Then after they delivered our food they forgot my chicken salad but when I called to tell them the woman I spoked to was so rude and told me yea your salad was left here he will bring it back and she hung up on me. So now 2 hours later still no salad. I will not be ordering from the Amelia location again.
