I've ate there since the 80s never had a problem till recently I'm not good with names but one guy worked there for a long time I haven't seen him lately I have more than one complaint about one girl who works there now

Ive been ordering grammas since i was 10 with my family we use to order mt carmel even when the owner worked took our orders he was awesome and treated us like family. Never had issues at mt carmel or batavia but i.move to.amelia and this is the second time i called to order they were rude and asked me to hurry or they would hang up on me. I was on hold 10 min… then i am greeted with that… .before asking me what i wanted. I know they can be busy but they need to work on their customer service skills. Again the other onw in mt carmel was always busy but never in 40 years was i treated with disrespect.

They have small but not personal the small is 4 slices

Unfortunatly they are very rude. Food is alwats cold now when delivered after waiting 2hrs for our food. And walked in the other night and they were drinking so we left

It's traditional there! I've waited on an order in the front and watched a heated exchange in the kitchen. Honestly the best entertaiiment a restaurant has
